Hi there! I’m the owner and photographer behind Clare Rhoad Photography, a fiancée to my wonderful fiancé Tanner, and mama to our sweet little boy, Hutton.



Photography has always been something I loved, but becoming a mama gave it an entirely new meaning. Watching Hutton grow has shown me just how quickly time passes. The days often feel long, but the months seem to fly by, and I’ve realized just how valuable photography truly is. The images allow us to hold onto the little details, the fleeting moments, and the memories we never want to forget.

That perspective is at the heart of everything I do.

Whether I’m documenting a wedding day, a growing family, a senior milestone, or a season of motherhood, my goal is always the same: to create timeless, true-to-color images that feel genuine and tell your story exactly as it unfolds. I want your photographs to bring you back to the people you love, the emotions you felt, and the moments that made this season of life special.

While I am based in Hartsville, South Carolina, I proudly serve clients throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.



My photography style is rooted in authentic connection, beautiful natural light, and creating an experience that feels comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, planning our upcoming wedding, or looking through old family photographs that remind me why preserving memories matters so much.
